It’s funny to see people’s reactions to a photo. I have now seen this one reblogged all over tumblr and other sites, some people speculating on how it was taken, what kind of post was used, etc. The truth is, this photo was taken on a 6 megapixel Nikon D50 on a 35mm lens in Hampstead Heath in London. The texture over the top of the photo is some light I took a picture of at Versailles during a visit there. This shoot was very emotional for me and based off a painting I love dearly. But there is nothing complicated about this shoot at all. The trick to a getting a good shot is a great team, great light, and a love for what you are shooting. That’s all.
